NEW - I’ve Got Brew, Babe is our first Natural process coffee at 107. This coffee from Honduras brings a unique winey-fruity sweetness with a handsome caramel finish. This coffee sweetens as it cools while able to deliver layers of complex citrus fruits and mouth-watering sugary bursts of flavor. Not familiar with the natural process? To put it simply, this coffee is allowed to dry naturally, often with the fruit intact to allow the coffee seeds to absorb the sweet & fermented nuances of the cherry flavors into the seeds themselves before roasted to perfection by our team. We recommend trying this coffee as a pour over or a drip. 1:17 ratio. This is a limited time release by 107 Roasters so get it while supplies last either in store or on our bundle on our site.
Brew Magic Woman is a blend of Latin washed coffees. This coffee features an oaky stout flavor with light honey and essences of raspberry. This coffee, while it's already available from us, is now bundled with our new I’ve Got Brew, Babe in order to contrast the differences between washed coffees vs natural coffees and blends vs single origins. This coffee is much more complex in flavor although its notes remain more consistent as it cools. This coffee is great as a drip or french press. 1:17 for drip, 1:15 for french press. This product will still be available after the bundle concludes later this month when we sell out.
